Fees on Curbler

Delivery fee

The delivery fee is $9.99 per order. Delivery fees are paid directly to our drivers. 

Service fee

This allows us to power your experience with Curbler, including adding new features and providing great customer service. A minimum or maximum amount may apply to the service fee, but you will always see the exact amount at checkout. 

The service fee is calculated based on the order amount prior to any promotions or discounts which may apply to your order.

How Does It Work?

You can order either on the website or by using the Curbler app, available on iOS and Android. Simply add your zip code to find all the great products we deliver in your area, choose your products and place your order.

 

Once the receive your order a Curbler driver will pick it up and bring it to you. You can also order up to 1 week in advance with a scheduled delivery.

Make your driver's day by tipping. You can tip when you place your order. Drivers receive 100% of all tips.

There is not a minimum order amount. All orders have a $9.99 delivery fee. 

If you have a discount code or gift card, you can redeem this in the app or on the website. If you’re using the app or the website, on the checkout page enter, ‘Coupon Code or Gift Card Code’.

Questions about my order?

As long as the driver has not yet started your order, you're able to cancel your order. Please submit cancellation request at least 1 hour before delivery window.

We have a dedicated team that looks after your entire Curbler experience, from the moment you place an order right through to it arriving to you. However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. If this is the case, you can use the Help function in the Curbler app to speak to our customer service team and report any issues. You can also contact us at support@curbler.com

You can contact our Customer Service team via the Help function in the app and we’ll do our best to make sure you get all the items you want added to your order.

If you think you won’t be at the delivery address in time to receive your order, please let us know by using the Help function in the Curbler app.

Your driver will always try to call you if there’s an issue once they reach your delivery address. If they’re unable to contact you, our Customer Service team will try and reach you via phone and email. Please check your emails during the delivery time for any updates.

If we can’t contact you and are unable to deliver the order, your driver will wait for up to 5 minutes before leaving. In this event, you’ll still be charged for your order. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.
